Applications Support Analyst

Your new organisation is a global manufacturing company whom are working on a number of change programs across the business. As a result, they have an additional need in the applications team to support with the existing workload.

In this role you will be working on tickets through the service desk specifically to do with applications. You will have exposure to a range of applications within this role, however predomenantly you will work on tickets from D365 as this is where the largest requirement is at the moment. You will be expected to be able to efficiently support with a significant number of these.

In order to succeed, you will have had strong experience in an Applications Support role, you will also have significant experience working with Dynamics 365, CRM, ERP & Power applications.
