Role: Office Assistant – 6-month fixed term contract

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000

Location: Birmingham, B6

Workings hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 16:30 office based with some flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling equipment collections, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Document Management: Organise and manage company documents, ensuring they are filed correctly and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a first point of contact for the internal team with queries, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input data accurately into systems and generate reports as required by different departments.
  • Financial support: Assist with the processing of invoices on goods and services, maintaining accurate records of purchases.
  • Office Coordination: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and all facilities are functioning properly.
