Description
- Delivering HR strategies in line with the organisation's objectives
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Managing employee relations and resolving any arising issues
- Conducting performance management and facilitating staff development
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
- Reporting to and supporting the HR Director as required
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
