Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a regulated environment looking after a caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process.
You will be chasing up documentation which is required for the file speaking to clients, borrowers and third parties making sure their experience is provided to a high standard and a high level of care is provided.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of different backgrounds

A confident professional telephone manner
Able to work to pace and have excellent organisation
