Based in Central London, this high profile public sector organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief Executive Office, in particular for the CEO and Chair. This is a temporary position for at least six months with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to apply for the permanent post.

Description

The Senior Chief Executive will report to the Chief of Staff and be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Chair, including scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO Office
  • Diary management and ensuring CEO and Chair are prepared for meetings.
  • Organising and managing meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Liaising with the Chair's EAs in other organisations to manage diaries
  • Dealing with senior and high profile stakeholders
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
  • Managing travel arrangements

Profile

The successful Senior Executive Assistant will have extensive experience working in a similar role supporting a CEO and senior stakeholders.

Previous exposure working in a public sector organisation/body would be preferred but is not essential.

This is hybrid position, but will require an element of flexibility as to when you will be attending the office each week.

Job Offer

The Senior Executive Assistant offers a daily rate of £236 and the opportunity to work in a high profile role that will look great on your CV!

There is a strong possibility of this post being extended further and the opportunity to apply for the permanent position when that arises.
