A niche market operating with the sports industry and on a growth trajectory, the business has seen phenomenal success in recent years and boasts commercial and manufacturing subsidiaries in the main European markets and the US.
The Role
We are looking for an assistant accountant with treasury experience to support this expanding European business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Execute electronic payments and transfers accurately.
- Address creditor and client queries promptly.
- Maintain organised records of all treasury activities.
- Conduct checks and reconciliations for period close.
- Credit Card Transactions - Analyse statements and outstanding accruals.
- Collate expenses and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with internal and external audits.

Experience & Qualifications:
- You will be ideally AAT qualified and/or studying towards a professional qualification.
- You will have a good grounding in finance and financial accounting.

- Base starting salary: up to £35k per annum (DOE)
