This global market leader is searching for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with deep Agile and Scrum knowledge. The organization is heavily investing in its tech teams as they embark on some of the most innovative projects currently happening in the UK.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Scrum Masters as the organization scales.
- Coach and guide teams on Agile practices while delivering key projects across Cloud, DevOps, and Data.
- Manage and grow multiple Scrum teams.
- Oversee and implement Agile processes, tools, and services.
- Bring strong coaching, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
- Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
