Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, meeting scheduling for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing Board packs for board, committee and senior leadership team meetings
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Liaising with other departments to set up meeting rooms
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Organising team events
- Communicating with the Finance team and assisting the Directors in their financial responsibilities
Profile
A Successful Candidate:
- Prior experience as an EA supporting senior level team members
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically surrounding stakeholder communications
- Keen eye for detail and ability to take initiative in an efficient and professional manner
- Exposure to MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
