A temporary opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a Not for Profit organisation, providing high-level support to the Directors. The role offers hybrid working, with on-site work required in the London Bridge area.

A Not-for-Profit organisation within the Travel sector.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management, meeting scheduling for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing Board packs for board, committee and senior leadership team meetings
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Liaising with other departments to set up meeting rooms
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Organising team events
  • Communicating with the Finance team and assisting the Directors in their financial responsibilities

Profile

A Successful Candidate:

  • Prior experience as an EA supporting senior level team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically surrounding stakeholder communications
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to take initiative in an efficient and professional manner
  • Exposure to MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
