Need to be able to drive and we don't offer visa sponsorship, will be required to work full-time hours.

Job Description:

As a Domiciliary Carer, you will provide essential care and support to service users in their own homes. Your role is crucial in helping individuals maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of service users.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a care setting such as support worker/carer is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but no essential.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK
