ServiceNow Architect required for MPS Teams Telephony project to produce a High Level Design for ServiceNow i8 required skillset
This role will be responsible for the design of the automation and overall workflows of the ITSM activities / use cases that will need to be configured by the ServiceNow Developer to create a reliable, efficient, scalable solution based on MPS ServiceNow platform to automate service request / incident management of the MS Telephony Teams solution to minimize the impact on our service desk / service management community.
The resource are involved in design and architecture of complex systems on the core platform setup, includes integrations, automations and orchestrations.
The resource will document the High Level and Low Level design as well as the TDA governance.
