Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be once again partnering with a prestigious, historic organisation based in the heart of Oxford to help source a Senior Finance Officer to join a close knit, supportive finance function. Having come about due to a small restructure, the Senior Finance Officer will support the senior aspects of a small finance function. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Sales ledger management.
- Debt management
- Balance sheet reconciliations for Deposits, Cashless Card, Aged Debtors, Deferred income, Accrued income
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
- Reconciliation of Fees and accommodation variances against budget
- US Loan audit
- Process and manage payments from the system.
- Part of the Year End process and liaising with Auditors
- Other ad hoc responsibilities.
The right candidate will be an experienced accounts individual with a solid grasp of various accounting responsibilities, including, ideally Sales Ledger. Ideally you will have experience in a small, close knit finance function, and be able to hit the ground running. You will have close attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in your work.
