We're delighted to be working once again with a valued long-term client, currently looking to add a Customer Advisor to their friendly and energetic team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive business with a fantastic working culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Providing information about services
- Responding to customer emails
- Keeping internal systems up to date
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a warm and professional telephone manner
- Enjoys building strong customer relationships
- Is confident using IT systems
- Wants to join a business with a true family feel
