Entry Level Team Administrator

Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester has a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their existing fun and super friendly team. This company offer a relaxed and supportive working environment, they look after their staff very well and this is proven by their staff retention.

The company who has been established for over 25 years, they are the UK's largest stockist in their sector for standard products but also specialise in the fabrication of bespoke products to suit their customers needs and requirements.

The successful candidate will deal with customer orders and assist the Operations Manager and sales team with administration activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with customers about orders and products
  • Entry and processing on delivery notes
  • Entry of shipments onto logistics companies' online systems
  • Daily sales and despatch reports
  • Customer invoicing
  • Dealing with customer payments
  • Month end customer statements
  • General office administration

Whilst office experience is beneficial it is not essential as full training will be provided. If you come from a retail/hospitality type background, please feel free to apply. Essentially, we are looking for someone who has the right attitude and personality that enjoys having fun and is keen to learn.

Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (37 hours)

Salary - Up to £25,145 + yearly bonus + relaxed working atmosphere + free parking + death in service benefit + access to counselling services
