Description

The role of this Project Manager is to manage the planning and delivery of technology projects with focus on marketing & sales applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing the project plan, tracking and reporting project progress and taking action to balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to deliver projects successfully.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the D365 system within the company
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Establish project timelines and ensure they are adhered to
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Identify and manage risks and issues
  • Drive user adoption and manage the change process
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation

Profile

A successful Interim MS D365 Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business or Information Technology
  • Proven experience in managing D365 implementation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Media & Agency industry
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and drive project success
