Administrator/Receptionist

About The Role
You will be working Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 13:30, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Main Duties include:

Admin Tasks

  • Forwarding on emails from the General Information
  • Raising PO's manual payments and credit card payment requests
  • Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Ordering Catering for meetings
  • Adobe sign
  • Book and record travel and taxis as required
  • Taking minutes at management meetings
  • Stationery orders and distribution
  • Recording and or filing of Actions UK Regulatory in box
  • FM point of contact only when FM Manager is on leave

Reception

  • Answering switchboard via Microsoft Teams
  • Meet & Greet colleagues/visitors/contractors.
  • Issuing of passes for contractors and visitors and ensuring site inductions are completed and recorded
  • Update Reception Manual as required
  • Ensure Reception area is always clean, tidy and free from spillages
  • Incoming/Outgoing mail
  • Ensure franking machine has sufficient funds
  • Distribution of incoming parcels/deliveries
