Job Overview:

We are seeking a full time and fully office based skilled Office Manager / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Handling correspondence and phone calls
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Scanning, printing and filing documents
  • Organising and re-ordering supplies when needed
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Looking after the health and safety of the office building
  • Managing the tenants who reside in the building
  • Dictation

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
