SPARK also offers robotic solutions to address staff shortages and enhance service efficiency such as cleaning robots.

Overview:

A rare opportunity is now available for an apprentice to work in a growing and vibrant tech start-up in the Northeast. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer support queries using our existing support database across a number of mediums
  • Contributing articles to the support database as new features arise
  • Testing and helping to debug new versions and features under the guidance of the development team
  • Administrative tasks supporting the sales or marketing teams by updating client account settings or helping with client documentation
  • You will have full support and training to learn the product and the flexibility to help shape future versions through customer feedback and suggestions

You will need the following skills:

  • Fast learner
  • Positive attitude
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to find a quick solution

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

35 – 40 hours per week across a shift pattern of either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday – Thursday.
