We are supporting our Financial Services client in search of a Compliance Manager, this role will report into the Head of Risk and Compliance. This will support he approach to the claims processing and corporate compliance, delivering on 2nd Line of Defence (2LOD).
Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per annum DOE
Location: London, onsite requirement x2 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and corporate laws
- Manage, maintain and improve, the Compliance Frame work within 2LOD
- Define and execute reporting to drive efficiencies and inform compliance reviews
- Provide expert insight to address and prevent non-compliance issues
