An advertising agency based in the heart of London is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collabarative environment and ideal for someone who enjoys variety.
Finance Assistant - The Role
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately using Sage
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries promptly
- Assisting with weekly BACS and international payment runs
- Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Managing intercompany balance reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes and ad hoc finance admin tasks
Finance Assistant - The Person
- Detail orientated, proactive individual who enjoys problem solving
- Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role
- Confident working with Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Familiarity with accounting systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with agency staff at all seniority levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
