We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team in a leading Belfast restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a dedicated team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle income and expenses, ensuring that cash registers are balanced and financial records are accurate.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, maintaining a 5-star customer service level.
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required by restaurant service hours.
