About The Firm:

The Role:
They are actively seeking a Legal Secretary with some private client experience to join their dynamic team. You will work closely with a partner, providing 1-2-1 support while also assisting the wider team as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a busy, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio dictation
- Copy typing
- General secretarial duties
- Handling phone calls
- Greeting clients who visit the office
- Preparing templated forms and letters, inserts, etc.
- Assisting with ID checks
What They're Looking For:
- A friendly and caring demeanour with strong communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- A good team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Some experience with private client work, even if limited
What They Offer:
- £24,000 - £27,000
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
