Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading IT services company, with the appointment of a French-Speaking Sales Coordinator.
The company are extremely well-established and have become a leading supplier of refurbished IT hardware. They have offices located all over Europe, including a small close-knit team in Central Bristol. The successful candidate will have annual trips to their head office in France to support with stocktakes and for training purposes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and invoicing sales orders
- Data entry and reporting using Excel
- Liaising with suppliers and chasing delivery times
- Inbox management for the office
- Handling customer queries and disputes
- Speaking with head office in France regularly and French clients
- Managing team expenses and ordering office supplies
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years administration experience and be able to speak fluently in French. You will be highly organised and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Confidence when speaking with customers, suppliers and colleagues will be key within this role.
Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch.1 day WFH after probation.
