Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an innovative and exciting business in Hardwicke, Gloucester on the recruitment of a part time and permanent Accounts Assistant to join their team.
This is a 16-20 hour per week contract, ideally over 2-3 days but could also be considered over 5 if easier. Ultimately, the business is very flexible for the right person.
This is a really great opportunity for a finance professional to join a small, but growing business, working closely with the Finance Director and wider team.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to:
- Reconciling bank accounts in Xerox.
- Processing of invoices.
- Supporting with management accounts.
- Ad hoc finance administrative tasks as required.
Your Profile:
- Prior accounting knowledge is highly desirable for this role.
- AAT qualified would be beneficial.
- Comfortable using accounting software.
- Ability to work well in a team, and proactively to support the business through their growth.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a full-time equivalent salary of between £24-30k dependant on experience - this would then be pro-rata'd to the hours worked.
