Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of high value clinical negligence transactions, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
  • Assist Solicitors on their high value/complex clinical negligence matters
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout the process.
  • Oversee due diligence procedures and review pertinent documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in handling own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, coupled with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
