Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of high value clinical negligence transactions, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
- Assist Solicitors on their high value/complex clinical negligence matters
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout the process.
- Oversee due diligence procedures and review pertinent documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Experienced in handling own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, coupled with a keen analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
