Client Onboarding Assistant - Legal Assistant

We're currently working with an exceptional high street law firm, with a brilliant and personal approach to their clients. Head officed in Cardiff they have 5 offices across South West Wales.
Currently looking for someone to join their fast paced Residential Conveyancing Onboarding team. This is great for someone new into their legal career. You will have experience dealing with onboarding clients, open files, setting up case management systems.
You will:
- Discuss fees with clients and supporting with queries
- Onboarding clients, opening files and setting up case management
- Supportingg the team with admin tasks
- Dealing with 3rd party solicitors and estate agents as part of the new transaction process.
- Bring experience of Onboarding clients, source of funds and source of wealth checks
