We are delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant company based in Southall, they are on the lookout for a new HR Coordinator!
They are looking to bring on board a new HR Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team!
They are looking for someone who has previous HR experience, as well as someone who has excellent communication skills! For this role you need to be able to demonstrate your HR knowledge/Experience at interview stage and really give good points relating to your previous duties!
Do you work well within a fast paced environment? Do you have good organisational skills?
HR Coordinator Duties:
- First point of contact for any HR queries
- Processing letters for changes to employment terms
- Producing and sending out contracts of employment
- Checking right to work documentations
- Responding to references requests
- Completing the full on boarding process
- Maintaining employee files and making sure details are correct
- Raising purchase order numbers for HR invoices
- Processing and communicating to payroll and finance correspondence from HMRC
