Duties as
Relationship & New Business Manager:
- Lead strategic initiatives to cultivate new business prospects and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and drive business growth.
- Identify market trends and create business plan with clear objective of expected results.
- Seek networking opportunities whilst also attending industry related events which will include showcasing the company's services.
- Lead tender process on new business.
- Collaborate with Commercial Director on customer pricing structure.
- Produce and deliver the annual procurement plan for the department.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business development or relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ideally to have worked in a service led environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
