Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, an established organisation based in Didcot, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a temp to perm position starting as soon as possible, paying £11.44 per hour, working 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, updating personal details, and resolving billing inquiries.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
