**IT Head of Business Systems
This is an on-site position at the clients head offices
**Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an IT Business Systems Manager who will lead the IT Business Systems team and assist in shaping and delivering an IT Strategy that aligns with the business's objectives. This role focuses on maximising the effectiveness of business applications and services, driving business growth, and supporting the ongoing improvement of a unified commerce solution.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of IT with IT OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
- Monitor and report IT service performance, including KPI/SLA reports and project updates.
- Manage business requirements and coordinate priorities across the IT Business Systems, BI, and Master Data teams.
- Ensure projects are defined, planned, and delivered on time and within budget.
- Negotiate and manage IT supplier contracts, monitor SLAs, and control expenditure.
- Lead IT compliance and security initiatives.
**Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience of SAP ECC6/SAP S4 Hana
- Experience of Dynamics 365
- ERP experience within the production, logistics, financial services and hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the business.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing competing demands.
- Experience in project management, negotiation, and IT compliance.
