A Customer Advisor with a passion for embarking on a career in insurance is required for Hunters' flexible and friendly client. The Customer Advisor is a telephone support role to assist customers calling in, and requires a reliable and resilient team player. Full time 37.5 hours per week. 9-6 Monday to Friday and every other Sat 9-2pm

- Communicate via telephone and email and deal courteously and effectively with enquiries or requests from customers
- Process customer information in accordance with processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Provide insurance quotations to customers who are interested, and support customers during the booking process (this is not a sale targeted role)
Customer Advisor – person
- Ability to deliver an excellent front-line service to customers
- Offer a great telephone manner, together with good verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast - paced environment
- Call centre experience would be ideal; although retail or hospitality may also suit
- A resilient nature, able to handle difficult calls with empathy
