Export Customer Service / Gateway Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for two Export Customer Service / Gateway Coordinators to work 4 days on 4 days off. The company is a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Working as part of LHR Export customer service and gateway department.
  • Plan Flight Schedules / manage allocation and rates
  • Responsible for ensuring clients KPI requirements.
  • Flight and capacity management to get best achieved rates
  • Planning and executing ULD builds
  • Hold strong relationships with the carrier operations
  • Working with internal teams
  • Accurate completion of all types of customs paperwork and shipping documents.
  • Ensure all queries are acted upon immediately and where necessary escalated to senior staff.
  • Adhere to Aviation Security and the company's security procedure.
