Accounts Assistant
- Hourly Rate: £14 - £16

- Job Type: Temporary (6 months), Hybrid working after 1-month training period
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Accounts Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is based at the vibrant Hatfield Business Park and offers hybrid working options after an initial training period. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is available to start at short notice and has intermediate Excel skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing both purchase and sales ledgers efficiently.
- Registering invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Re-charging of sales invoices as required.
- Processing payments for Amex credit cards and handling expense claims.
- Ensuring financial transactions are recorded with precision.
- Collaborating with the finance team to support various accounting operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Available to start work at short notice.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Prior experience in an accounts role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with Access Dimensions is beneficial, but training will be provided on our bespoke model.
