Salary: up to £26,000 depending on experience

Location: Nottingham

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for thoroughly assessing customer applications to make informed lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer applications.
  • Identify and evaluate key risks in credit referencing and affordability checks.
  • Make autonomous lending decisions to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards in the quality and accuracy of your work.
  • Thrive in a regulated, fast-paced environment and achieve performance targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Administrative experience working in a busy environment.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial services/ high cost lending (Desirable)
  • Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers (Desirable)
  • Comfortable with technology; adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various products simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
