Who Are You?
You are a passionate wine expert who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar Sommelier positions.
- Ideally has a strong understanding of French and Italian Wines and pairings
- Possesses an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Is highly customer-focused, viewing any complaint as an opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
- Communicates in a friendly yet professional manner.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Sommelier, your responsibilities will include:
- Curating and managing an extensive wine list that complements our menu.
- Assisting guests with wine selections, and providing expert recommendations tailored to their tastes.
- Conducting wine tastings and training staff on wine service and pairings.
- Ensuring proper storage and maintenance of the wine inventory.
- Staying updated on industry trends and new wine offerings.
