Your responsibilities as a Service Controller will include-
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites.
- Monitor the progress of service activities and ensure timely completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job logs, work orders, and service reports.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.
Experience essential for the Service Controller role -
- Experience working as a Service Controller - will consider other industries
- Great communication skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to problem solve
