Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator is based in theMilton Keynes Office. The Inside Sales Team's role is to serve the external sales team and support the overall sales effort. As the link between the salesteamandallsuppliers,theInsideSalesCoordinatorcoordinatesallequipmentfrompointof order through to delivery, owningthe processandany obstaclesthroughtoresolution.

In this role you will be the conduit between the Sales Managers, customer and Workshop engineers.

ThemainresponsibilitiesoftheInsideSalesCoordinatorareset outbelow.

  • Bethelinkbetweeninsidesalesandallsupplierstoco-ordinateallequipment from pointof order through to delivery.

  • Worktogetherwiththeinsidesalesteamtohandleallstandardquotationsfortheexternalsales team and customers.

  • Handling requests for quotations including working with price books with responsibility for generating quotes and orders and ensuring all parties are kept up to date with progress throughout

  • Providedaytodaysupporttoinsidesalesmanager

  • Allocationoftheappropriatemachinesforcustomercentretrials

  • Allocationandcoordinationofmachinesfortradeshows

  • Managingexternalsalesteamexpectationsandensuringconsistentinformationsharing

  • Assistwithpaperworkandcommunicationsregardingtransportationandbordercontrols

  • Liaise with suppliers, service team, workshop and customer centre teams ensuring that machines have the correct specification when ordered and are allocated, tracked, and planned in line with customer expectations

  • Weeklyreportingofmachinesandrelatedequipmentonorderfromeachsupplierand progress through to delivery

  • Developarelationshipandrapportwiththeequipmentsuppliersandescalatemachinery queries with them as appropriate

  • Supporttheinsidesalesmanagerwithdetailsandinformation to supportthe machine ordering process, including general machine records database, paper and electronic

  • Liaisingwithsuppliers,expertsandotherteamswithtechnicalelementsofquotesandorders to ensure customer expectations regarding equipment are being met and exceeded

  • Directingqueriestoappropriateteamstobestservicethecustomers'requirementsifrequired (service, spares etc)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Building engagement with senior stakeholders, explaining technical issues/applications and workingto resolution
