Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator in Whiteley to join a quickly expanding private wealth management company.

This role will include working closely with the Client Services and Paraplanning team, as well as Financial Advisers, to ensure a smooth client experience.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties:
- Filling out Letters of Authority
- Contact providers to get more information if needed.
- Update plan details on CRM system and make sure they are filed correctly.
- Inform wider team about status of LOAs
- Manage and improve documentation and processes.
- Maintaining records
- Answer questions about cases in your queue promptly.
- Working to SLAs
- Test new IT projects and suggest improvements.
- Assist with implementing changes to procedures.

Skills and experience required:
- Level 3 or 4 qualified with CII
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial services role
