My client are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join there TechOps team! You will be working in a highly productive and engaging role, working closely with internal teams. You will be responsible for supporting Network projects across the business for a key leader in the financial services industry!
About the role:
You will be joining a highly collaborative and dynamic team who are vital to securing the businesses network estate. Neutralising vulnerabilities, and improving system and service performances will be your main focus!
About you:
- Cisco Network Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a networked environment working with Cisco equipment, ensuring efficient and secure network operations.
- Understanding of Standards: In-depth knowledge of accreditations and standards such as PCI, EMV, and ISO, and their impact on network security principles.
- Network Design Skills: Proven ability to create and maintain high-quality network topology diagrams, ensuring clarity and precision in design.
- Azure Networking Experience: Strong familiarity with Azure Networking, including Firewalls, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Virtual Networks (VNETs).
- Collaborative Team Player: We value a positive team spirit; we need someone who thrives in collaboration and is eager to contribute wherever needed.

Whats on offer?
Location: West Midlands/Hereford
Working model: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 to 60,000
