This is a permanent and full-time role, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

This role presents an opportunity to manage Accounts Payable, Invoices, Bank Reconciliations, Payment Runs, and the General Ledger within a successful organisation. Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Accountant, your role will be pivotal in preserving the financial stability of the company. Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing Accounts Payable, handling invoices, performing bank reconciliations, and executing payment runs. You will also be tasked with maintaining the general ledger with utmost precision. Reporting directly to the senior management accountant, you will have the platform to demonstrate your skills and significantly contribute to the financial robustness of the company.

  • Manage Accounts Payable ensuring all payments are processed punctually
  • Handle invoices maintaining accurate records
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial precision
  • Conduct payment runs efficiently

  • Report directly to the senior management accountant, providing regular updates and reports
