We are seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee maintenance and servicing of Fire & Security Systems in Scotland. You will ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of Fire & Security Systems.
- Perform maintenance and fault finding on various systems.
- Maintain a positive company image and update service records.
- Supervise a team, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Collaborate with clients for system improvements.
- Offer technical support and guide issue resolution.
Objectives
- Reduce calls referred to W16 by 50%.
- Resolve specific jobs within 5 working days (90%).
- Achieve KPIs (95%).
- Adhere to health & safety policies.
- Maintain live updates of service calls (100%).
- Sickness and absence within company guidelines.
Essential
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory experience would be preferred.
- Knowledge in multiple areas: Warden call, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Systems.
- Experience with system manufacturers.
- Full driving license.
Security clearance ability
- FIA Units 1, 4 & 5.
- Industry-recognized qualifications.
- Strong maintenance and service skills.
- Excellent time management and mentorship ability.
Remuneration
- Salary: £38,000
