Request for Proposal RFP - Finance Regulatory

FPSG are supporting our established global client with an exciting opportunity for a Request for Proposal /Regulatory Specialist on a 12-month temp role, based in London.

As RFP specialist you will support will support the Investment Management Sustainability team in collecting, drafting and consolidating related content for RFPs, DDQs, and other external reporting requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, coordinating and completing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) requests.
  • Develop and improve RFP processes and the quality of responses, maintaining and updating the RFP database.
  • Work closely with the 4 sections of the Investment Management (IM) Sustainability team, subject matter experts, sales and relationship teams to source information and create bespoke responses where required.
  • Collate insights into client/prospects by working with internal stakeholders and look at their needs and tailor responses accordingly.

You will have the following skills:

  • RFP/DDQ experience in finance, preferably in asset management and familiarity with sustainability-related regulations and broader financial trends.
  • Hold an Undergraduate degree, in a qualitative-related subject, such as English Literature, History, Politics, Psychology etc.
  • A client focused outlook is essential, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to edit and tailor text with accuracy.
  • Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with complexity given the ever-evolving sustainability market.
