Sales Support Analyst - PAYE - London
Prestigious London based client is looking for a Data Entry/Sales Support Analyst to support the Global Sales Teams working on accurate data entry of sales data. This is a 12mth FTC/PAYE role, working hours 8am - 5pm UK time. Some remote working available.
- Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
- Cross check customer data between databases
- Analyze and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
- Conduct end-customer research
- Review and verify applications from partners
- Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues
Essential:
- Accurate data entry
- Experience within a sales support role helpful
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite required
- Previous Salesforce.com experience, desirable
- Organised, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional and adaptable
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across multiple communication mediums
