Service Coordinator £22,500 - £25,000 Crawley - 100% Office based Permanent - full time

This could be the role for you!

This busy role will see you being responsible for looking after the day-to-day service administration which will include:

  • Completing Timesheets
  • Preparing certificates for internal training courses and filing
  • Booking in training courses and updating the training matrix
  • Answering inbound calls and emails
  • Raising purchase requisitions to the purchasing department
  • Booking in vehicle repairs, MOT's, services
  • Ordering equipment for employees
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  • Quoting processing and invoicing orders
  • Co-ordinating with accounts and clients to clear up overdue invoices

Your well-developed communication skills, high attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to work within a high-pressured environment will enable you to excel in this role.
