Our Business Administrator plays a key role in managing a range of tasks within the company. This position involves interacting with both clients and candidates, enabling you to build strong, long-term relationships and gain a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. As part of an office team, you will be instrumental in sourcing and providing top-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs every day.

The main duties of the Business Administrator role include:

  • Ensure that all records across various systems are aligned and consistent.
  • To liaise with Branches and other departments as needed to support compliance record keeping.
  • Run reports to support compliance.
  • Ensure compliance to Nurseplus policies and procedures.
  • Puts together training certificates and ensures these are recorded and uploaded to relevant systems.
  • Support the company in its compliance with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
  • Offer support to all members of the Quality Assurance and Training teams with regard to general administrative tasks when required.
  • Attend various meetings and type meeting minutes, set agendas, follow up with staff on completion of actions.
  • Successfully complete any necessary training to fulfil the requirements of the role.
  • Actively demonstrate Nurseplus values in all aspects of the role.
  • Undertake other duties that management may, from time to time, reasonably require, commensurate with the position
