We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing LETTINGS NEW BUSINESS PARTNER to work from our Barnet office. You will play a key role in driving business growth and success within our Lettings department. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities through proactive canvassing, sourcing, and property valuations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication and people skills as you work to meet the needs of landlords and applicants, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.

  • Utilize effective business generation techniques to drive new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and align additional services with customer and business needs
  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining a professional image for our Lettings department
  • Understand the branch & personal KPI's to satisfy the branch performance plan & always seek to achieve & exceed on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • IT literate.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience preferred (but not essential) in business development within the estate agency property sector
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of property valuations (preferred but not essential) and market trends
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Driving licence and own car required
