Senior HR Administrator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator for our client based near Maldon on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to at least level 3, ideally with a desire to progress to level 5. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a highly customer focused HR team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an excellent service to Directors, Managers and employees in all daily operations of the department.
  • Maintaining all HR related matters in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining all administration relating to employee electronic files, employee relations and policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assisting the payroll department where required with preparing of employee payroll data.
  • Undertaking all general Human Resources administration supporting the HR Manager and advisors.
  • Assist in the administration of recruitment and selection of staff.
  • Taking minutes of meetings, transcribing and producing for review and approval.
  • Producing invites and outcome letters for performance reviews, disciplinaries etc.
  • Other general Human Resource Administration duties.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Qualified to at least level 3, ideally wanting to progress to level 5.
  • Experience of working within a HR department.
  • Experience in taking minutes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am-5:00pm. This is a full time, on site position and hybrid working will not be considered.
