Established in 2017, Hooray has recently been acquired by the Thomas Recruitment Group and as we move into a new, exciting phase of growth, we are looking to grow the team by hiring a driven individual who shares our ambitions for excellence and success without limits!
Supporting our very busy Temps Division, you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, completing relevant compliance and checks, negotiating with candidates and undertaking a lot of telephone based communication as well as undertaking administration. This is a very fast-paced role where you will use a number of platforms to reach candidates, promoting relevant opportunities and answering any questions they have in relation to the vacancies we have and the services we offer. Undertaking additional fact finding, you will be matching the candidates to prospect opportunities as well as existing ones so out of the box thinking is critical!
We are looking for very ambitious candidates who want to develop their career to become a Specialist Temporaries Consultant where they will be undertaking business development and managing their own clients.

What we will need from you:
- Ambition, drive and positivity in droves
- Tenacity, determination and commitment
- Some proven sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation, ability to bounce back and a very high work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good education either vocational or academic
- A think skin, with a robust and energetic personality
- A full UK driving licence OR a committment to driving very soon is required for this role

Basic Salary £21 - £25k + bonus structure and excellent future earnings potential!
