Internal Salesperson (Temp-to-Perm)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 15:30.
Location: Hatfield / Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to build trust and understand their needs.
- Ensure seamless process management and timely delivery of products and quotations.
- Review customer onboarding and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process orders from receipt to fulfillment as needed.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal key account management and B2B sales, ideally in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms; ability to understand technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and a process-driven approach.
- Effective time management, self-motivation, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
