Monday to Friday - No Weekends!!

Job Opportunity

If you are currently a Service Advisor who is looking for a new opportunity, maybe not being paid for your worth, or reaping the rewards for your great upsell skills, this could be an ideal job for you! You will be part of the front of house team, delivering excellent customer service, as well as advising customers on additional products and services they may require. Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet dealership customers
  • Be organized and efficient
  • Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles
  • Update customers queries in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Automotive trade
  • Great customer Service Skills

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary £28k - £29k DOE
  • Bonus £500 per month
  • 22 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
  • Main Dealer Training
