Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer Electrician to join our social housing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical work and general labour tasks, ensuring that all properties meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in social housing units.
- Help troubleshoot electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other tradespeople on-site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Electrician's Mate or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and occasionally in confined spaces.
